About
Roadmap
What we're working on, what's queued, and what we've consciously decided not to build.
This page is updated when scope changes, not on a fixed cadence.
Shipping now
- AI Trader dashboard skeleton — the look + risk gauges + decision log are live for the owner account; the engine itself is in P0 (paper backtest). See AI Trader feature.
- Liquidations Arena — owner-only soft launch, expanding to logged- in beta users in waves.
- Documentation site (this site) — first pass with Legal + Features + Methodology. More to come.
Next
- Hyperliquid whale tracker → main repo. Currently a separate
Fly app + private
hlschema. Will surface as:- A 🐳 tab on the symbol detail page (HL-supported contracts only).
- A wallet section on the Watchlist (paired with the symbol watchlist).
- Mobile / Mini App parity sweep. Web mobile has a few features that haven't been ported to TG Mini App yet; we're closing the gap.
- Exchange + coin logo polish. Higher resolution, better fall- backs, consistent rounding rules across surfaces.
Backlog (researched, not started)
- Hyperliquid full-market wallet analytics — analyze every HL wallet, not just the symbol-aggregate, so users can follow specific cohorts.
- AI Trader P1 → P3 — Testnet integration, then $20 mainnet observation, then $100 scale. Each stage gated on the previous showing healthy behaviour.
Explicitly not planning
- Public API. Maintenance + abuse + cost don't justify the user value at our current scale. If this changes you'll see it appear in "Next" first.
- Order execution for users. AI Trader is the experimental exception running only the operator's capital. We will not become a brokerage or copy-trading platform.
- Subscription paywall in the short term. Pricing page and entitlement code are written but disabled — the launch goal is "as many users as possible on the free tier, not revenue."
When the roadmap is wrong
If you see a missing item that's a clear next step, ping us via the Feedback form — about half of the items on the "Next" list got there because a user asked.
