Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we don't, who we share data with.

1. Who we are
TopMover is an independent market-analytics tool for USDⓈ-M perpetual futures. This policy explains what we collect and why. We are not affiliated with any exchange.
2. What we collect
- Account info — your email; if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile (name, avatar); if you connect Telegram, your Telegram user id and public profile fields (username, first name, language).
- Usage — an anonymous per-browser visitor id (stored locally) for aggregate visit analytics, and your saved watchlist / Signals / alert settings.
- Technical — IP address (used transiently for abuse / rate-limiting), basic device / user-agent for any feedback you submit.
We do not collect:
- Exchange API keys.
- Wallet keys or seed phrases.
- Payment card data.
- Browser history outside our domain.
3. How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, sync your Watchlist, deliver the Signals and price alerts you set up, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, and respond to feedback.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database + authentication.
- Vercel — hosting + edge compute.
- Telegram — Mini App and alert delivery, if you connect it.
- Anthropic — LLM inference for the AI Trader decision-narrator (does not receive your account info; only market context to write narrative).
- Market-data sources such as Binance public APIs, other exchange public feeds, CoinMarketCap, and CoinGecko (no user data is sent to them; we only consume their public market data).
We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use a NEXT_LOCALE
cookie to remember your language preference. We use an anonymous
visitor id cookie for visit analytics. We do not use third-party
advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention & your rights
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your data, or delete your account, by contacting us — deleting your account removes your associated rows (Watchlist, Signals, price alerts, Telegram link). Aggregated analytics (per-day visitor counts with anonymous ids) are retained beyond account deletion because they are not personally identifiable.
