Terms of Service
What TopMover is, and isn't. What you agree to by signing up.
Last updated: June 2026. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
1. What TopMover is
TopMover ("TopMover", "we", "us") is an independent, third-party market-analytics tool that surfaces anomaly and momentum signals for USDⓈ-M perpetual futures, using publicly available market data. TopMover is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance or any other exchange. "Binance", "Bybit", "OKX", "Hyperliquid" and other marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the market we cover.
2. Not financial advice
TopMover is an information and discovery tool. Nothing on TopMover is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a promise of any outcome. All metrics, rankings, and alerts reflect objective market data only. Trading crypto derivatives is high-risk and you can lose more than your deposit. Every decision you make is your own; you are solely responsible for it.
The "AI Trader" surface, where present, is an experimental research project running the operator's own capital. It is not managed-account service, not a copy-trading product, and not available to other users.
3. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use a tool like this where you live. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the service; scrape, resell, or redistribute our data at scale; attempt to breach security or access other users' data; or use TopMover for anything unlawful.
4. Accounts
Some features (Watchlist, Signals, Alerts) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may sign in with email/password or a linked provider (e.g. Google), and may connect Telegram to receive alerts.
5. Third-party data & availability
Market data is sourced from third parties (including Binance public APIs, other exchange WebSocket feeds, CoinMarketCap, and CoinGecko) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Per-exchange data quirks (throttling, partial coverage) are disclosed in the Methodology section. We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopMover and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
